I found myself needing to transform after battling depression and anxiety for almost two years. When I lost my mother in 2019, I almost didn’t recognize myself. After completing an intense group counseling program, I started to feel something. Every now and then, I felt a jolt of some sort, something was reminding me it was time to tap in. I did not know what was involved in the process, but I knew that I wanted more of that spark! I wanted more of the vision that was being made clear to me. After being stretched and pressed, it was time for me to get dressed and step into my powerful purpose! I had to grow through grief and learning from loss.

 

When I found myself on the other side of a dark place, I vowed to share how I found the power and the light to bring my best-self center stage. I became a Certified Maser Life Coach and created the EIE (Empower, Inspire, & Educate) 60-day group coaching program. EIE is a tool to guide you on your journey of transformation.

 

I encourage you to not only chase your dreams but, to catch them, embrace them, and live in your dreams. You have the power to live the life you see for yourself!
